Welcome to Peel Clear Houston (“Peel Clear Houston,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital properties, including www.peelclearhouston.com and www.houstonpeelclear.com (collectively, the “Websites”), and all related services, communications, and transactions. By visiting either Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our services in any capacity, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue all use of our websites and services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of an entity) and Peel Clear Houston, a Texas-based automotive protection and refinishing business operating from Spring, Texas. Your use of our websites and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (accessible via hyperlink on our websites), which is incorporated herein by reference. Continued use following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Peel Clear Houston specializes in proprietary sprayable paint protection film (PPF) coating technology, a seamless, high-gloss, removable alternative to traditional vinyl PPF films. Our process eliminates edge lifting, adhesive residue, and fragmented removal challenges commonly associated with conventional films. All services are performed professionally at our Spring, Texas facility.

2. ELIGIBILITY & REPRESENTATIONS

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter binding agreements. If accessing or using our services on behalf of a business, organization, or vehicle owner, you warrant that you have explicit authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You further represent that all information provided (vehicle details, contact data, service history) is accurate, current, and complete. Misrepresentation of vehicle condition, ownership, or service requirements may result in service denial, voided warranties, or additional fees.

3. SERVICES DESCRIPTION & SCOPE

Peel Clear Houston offers the following core services:

Sprayable Clear PPF Coating: Full or partial vehicle application of our proprietary liquid-applied protective coating. Delivers optical clarity, UV resistance, chemical resilience, and effortless removal without residue.
Sprayable Color-Change PPF: Custom hue applications using removable, high-adhesion color coatings. Ideal for temporary customization or brand representation.
Complete Vehicle Restoration: Comprehensive paint correction, surface prep, and refinishing for classic, luxury, or damaged vehicles.
Custom & Shop Refinishing: Tailored paint solutions for automotive businesses, fleets, or individual enthusiasts.

Important Clarifications:

Services require an in-facility application at our Spring, Texas location. Mobile service is not offered.
Quotes are generated after a physical or virtual consultation. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, surface condition, complexity, and material requirements.
Quotes expire 30 days post-issuance. Material cost fluctuations beyond our control may necessitate revised pricing with prior client approval.
Peel Clear Houston reserves the right to decline service for safety, ethical, or operational reasons (e.g., severely damaged substrates, hazardous contaminants, illegal modifications).

4. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Use the Websites for unlawful purposes, fraud, harassment, or spam.
Transmit malware, phishing links, or automated scripts (scrapers, bots).
Impersonate Peel Clear Houston staff, partners, or other users.
Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content on our digital channels.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our proprietary coating formulas, processes, or Website code.
Circumvent security measures or access non-public areas of our systems.
Violations will result in immediate termination of access, reporting to authorities where applicable, and the pursuit of legal remedies.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our websites—including text, logos, images, videos, service descriptions, coating technology documentation, and the names “Peel Clear Houston” and “Houston Peel Clear”—is owned exclusively by Peel Clear Houston or licensed to us. This content is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Website content without our prior written consent. Limited exceptions include:

Printing a single copy of a service page for personal reference.
Sharing a direct link to our websites via social media (without altering context).
Peel Clear Houston retains all rights to photographic/video documentation of completed work for portfolio, marketing, or testimonial purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing prior to service commencement.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Quotes are estimates only. Final pricing confirmed in writing before work begins.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the quoted total) is required to secure appointment dates.
Balance due in full upon service completion, prior to vehicle release.
Accepted methods: Cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, or bank transfer.
Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Vehicles not retrieved within 72 hours post-completion may accrue a $35/day storage fee.
Additional charges apply for:
- Pre-existing damage requiring correction before coating application.
- Contaminants (tar, sap, overspray) needing specialized removal.
- Client-requested scope changes after work initiation.
  All fees and policies will be transparently communicated before authorization.

7. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

Client Cancellations/Reschedules: Require 72 hours’ notice. Deposits forfeited with less notice.
Peel Clear Houston Cancellations: Full deposit refund if we cancel due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. We will reschedule promptly.
Mid-Service Termination: Client responsible for all completed work + materials used. No refunds for work performed.
Post-Service Disputes: Must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of vehicle pickup. Resolution pursued per Section 9 (Warranty). No refunds issued after this window.
No-Show Appointments: Deposit forfeited; new deposit required to rebook.

8. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS & VEHICLE PREPARATION

To ensure optimal results and safety:

Vehicles must arrive clean (exterior washed; heavy dirt/mud incurs $75+ cleaning fee).
Disclose all pre-existing conditions: scratches, chips, prior repairs, paint defects. Undisclosed issues void warranty coverage for affected areas.
Remove all personal items. Peel Clear Houston is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in vehicles.
Ensure vehicle is mechanically sound and road-safe. We reserve the right to halt service if safety risks are identified.
Follow all post-application care instructions provided verbally and in writing (e.g., curing time, washing guidelines). Failure voids the warranty.

9. WARRANTY, DISCLAIMERS & REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS

Limited Warranty: Peel Clear Houston warrants its sprayable PPF coating against defects in materials and workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the service completion date. Coverage includes:

Delamination not caused by impact, chemical abuse, or improper care.
Significant discoloration under normal UV exposure.
Exclusions: Damage from accidents, rock chips, vandalism, improper washing, chemical exposure (fuel, bird droppings, industrial fallout), modifications post-application, or failure to follow care instructions. Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original vehicle and paying client.

Critical Clarifications:

The phrase “best looking PPF you have ever seen” reflects our commitment to excellence but is not a quantifiable guarantee. Results vary based on substrate condition, environmental factors, and client maintenance.
Minor imperfections inherent to liquid coating processes (e.g., light orange peel texture, microscopic dust nibs under magnification) are not defects and are not covered.
NO WARRANTIES are made regarding compatibility with non-factory paints, wraps, or prior coatings. Client assumes all risk for such applications.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” PEEL CLEAR HOUSTON DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PEEL CLEAR HOUSTON, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of use, data, profits, or vehicle downtime.
Damage to pre-existing paint, trim, glass, or mechanical components.
Costs arising from third-party services (towing, rental cars, detailing).
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS; THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peel Clear Houston from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Your breach of these Terms.
Misrepresentation of vehicle condition or ownership.
Use of client-provided designs/logos infringing third-party rights.
Damage caused by your vehicle while on our premises (e.g., fluid leaks, mechanical failure).

12. VEHICLE HANDLING & STORAGE

While in our care, vehicles are stored securely indoors. However, Peel Clear Houston is not liable for:

Theft, vandalism, or “Acts of God” (flood, fire, storm).
Pre-existing mechanical failures triggering during movement.
Vehicles not collected within 14 days post-completion may be subject to Texas lien laws. We strongly advise maintaining active comprehensive insurance.

13. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Personal information (name, phone, email, vehicle details) is collected solely to facilitate service delivery, communication, and legal compliance. We do not sell your data. Details on data retention, sharing practices, and your rights are fully outlined in our Privacy Policy. By engaging us, you consent to this usage.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CONTENT

Our websites may link to social media, supplier sites, or industry resources. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or transactions. Use at your own risk.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas. You waive rights to a jury trial or class action. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of arising. We encourage good-faith resolution via direct contact before legal action.

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised versions take effect immediately upon posting with an updated “February 5, 2026” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check this page regularly.

17. COMMUNICATIONS & ELECTRONIC CONSENT

By providing contact details, you consent to receive service updates, quotes, and notifications via phone, SMS, or email. Standard messaging/data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications anytime (service-critical messages exempt).

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY

These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peel Clear Houston. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. Section headings are for reference only.

I accept responsibility for disclosed vehicle conditions and post-service care. I release Peel Clear Houston from liability for excluded warranty items and pre-existing conditions.”

Peel Clear Houston is a registered trade name operating under Texas business regulations. Sprayable PPF technology is proprietary. Unauthorized replication prohibited.
